By signing up for BlueZone access, World Warehouse & Distribution customers have the ability to view real-time information, via internet, as follows:
Inventory Inquiry
The Inventory Inquiry screen enables World Warehouse & Distribution customers to view specific inventory status and information pertaining to their account. Customers can view and report real-time, on-hand inventory quantities per item, reserved quantities for items with order allocations and blocked inventories where applicable. In addition, the Inventory Inquiry screen provides total quantities per item available to ‘pick’, and serial numbers, if applicable.
Order Inquiry
The Order Inquiry screen provides World Warehouse & Distribution customers with the ability to view the status and progress of orders in the LFS system. The screen gives customers real-time visibility to all open orders, the status of each order (picked, started to pack etc.), shipment method, name and address for the order, and order content.
Tracking Information
The Tracking Information screen gives World Warehouse & Distribution customers the ability to view/report the tracking information for client specific customer orders. This inquiry screen shows date and time orders shipped, method of shipment, tracking numbers, # boxes per order, items/quantities shipped per box, weights, and receiver address information.
Customer Specific Menu
With BlueZone access, World Warehouse & Distribution also provides a customer specific reporting menu. This menu includes standard reports, such as Total Inventory report and a Goods Received Report. Customers have the option to enter selection criteria (date or date range) to get the information they are looking for. Depending on a customer’s specific needs, additional reports can be customized to meet those needs and added to the Customer Specific Menu.
BlueZone & Printing
World Warehouse & Distribution’s BlueZone access enables customers to print real-time reports from their local printer.
